The Opportunity:
We are seeking dedicated and professional Call Centre Agents to join our established contact centre. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are service-oriented, target-driven, and eager to build a long-term career in a reputable organisation.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions with professionalism
- Accurately log and process information on company systems
- Resolve customer queries effectively within set timelines
- Consistently achieve quality and performance targets
What You Bring:
- Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
- Clear criminal record (essential)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Computer literacy and ability to work on multiple platforms
- Minimum 12 months of experience in a call centre or customer service environment required
- Ability to work night shift hours

This is an on-site position based at our Durban- Mount Edgecombe Offices.
