The Opportunity:

We are seeking dedicated and professional Call Centre Agents to join our established contact centre. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are service-oriented, target-driven, and eager to build a long-term career in a reputable organisation.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions with professionalism
    • Accurately log and process information on company systems
    • Resolve customer queries effectively within set timelines
    • Consistently achieve quality and performance targets

What You Bring:

  • Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
    • Clear criminal record (essential)
    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Computer literacy and ability to work on multiple platforms
    • Minimum 12 months of experience in a call centre or customer service environment required
    • Ability to work night shift hours

This is an on-site position based at our Durban- Mount Edgecombe Offices.
