Job Description

  • Agent should be willing to work in a 24×7 environment including weekend working
  • Must have excellent command over English Language
  • Dedicated to High Quality experience for customers and delivering high CSAT
  • Ability to identify stated and unstated customer needs, follow quality metrics
  • Being a travel consultant and help customers with their booking needs
  • Manage financial transactions and processing payments adhering to security and verification policies
  • Providing recommendations to customers and adhering to multiple process needs
  • Responding to customers inquiries on their travel- changes/cancelations of their bookings
  • Knowledge of Travel products, basic geography
  • Alert management of potential security issues or client complaints
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Consultative assistance to customer
  • Adhere to timelines schedules

Qualifications

GDS Systems experience  – Sabre
