Customer Contact Centre Agent Job Vacancy based in Northriding at B. BRAUN MEDICAL
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Northriding reporting to the Team Leader for Queries and Loan Set.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- All activities should consistently be carried out with a customer-centric approach
- Always maintain a professional telephone etiquette-active listening
- Notify relevant stakeholders of any discrepancies and provide support to both internal and external customers
- Inform customers of any stock shortage or delay in supply or delivery
- Ensure that queries received from customers are dealt within an efficient, professional, and courteous manner
- Maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer retention.
- Ensure that everything received via BSMART & MITEL is actioned timeously
- Accurate capturing and processing of Queries/Credits/Debits/Returns
- Follow up on all customer returns/Product complaints applicable for credit
- Address customer issues by clarifying complaints, identifying the problem, choosing and explaining the best solution, facilitating corrections, and following up to ensure resolution
- Be able to collaborate effectively with other teams
- Identify and evaluate customers’ needs to ensure their satisfaction
Educational Qualifications and Professional Experience:
- Matric and/or qualifications/certificates related to Customer Services
- Previous customer service or sales experience would be beneficial (internal or external experience)
Skills and Competencies:
- Customer-focused mindset
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-matrix company in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Digital literacy specifically in SAP and Office 365 suite (minimum 3 years of experience working on SAP)
