Creative TC is Hiring a Remote Transaction Specialist in South Africa | R18 000 p/m

As a Transaction Specialist, you will be a vital member of our team of professionals respected for their knowledge, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. This is a customer-facing role where you will communicate directly with clients and many other parties, including regular video calls.

Key Contributions and Qualifications

• Use Zoom, phone, email, and chat to communicate and manage expectations with clients and team members to accomplish desired outcomes.
• Conduct onboarding interviews to gather crucial client information and meticulously manage data within our CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client records.
• As a testament to your attention to detail, please mention ‘fuel injector’ in your application or email response.
• Prepare, review, and finalize critical real estate documents, exercising exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Participate in or lead roleplay sessions.
• Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

Ideal candidates will further distinguish themselves with experience in:

• Extensive experience in customer-facing roles, including video calls.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and task management tools.
• Experience with paralegal services, including writing and/or reviewing written content.
• Proven ability in writing and/or reviewing professional content.

Required Qualifications

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented professional who brings a minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in operational project management. You will demonstrate a proven ability to coordinate complex timelines, accurately manage task workflows, and consistently ensure the on-time delivery of defined outcomes, showcasing increasing levels of responsibility and ownership.

In addition, you must possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in project or business management, or a related field.
• Advanced/fluent written English proficiency (for non-native speakers).
• Proficient with Google Workspace on Google Chrome (Drive, Docs, Sheets).
• Excellent verbal communication and confidence to present findings, opinions, and answer questions.
• Demonstrable proficiency at independent research.
• Demonstrable ability to work with little/no supervision.
• Ability to quickly understand end goals and break them down into clear, actionable steps to drive results efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills, as each engagement presents unique challenges.

Required Technology

Effective performance and success in this remote position are dependent on the following required technology:

• Reliable high speed internet connection. We will not move forward with your application if you do not have a stable internet connection, including interviews.

Schedule, Pay, Benefits, and Bonuses

• Workday Schedule: 8 AM – 5 PM CST, Monday – Friday
• Salaries paid via ACH direct deposit, either biweekly or monthly. The salary range for this role is $1,000-$1,500 US/mo.
• Paid time off (PTO) is provided in accordance with company policy.
• Bonusable activities may be offered for surge work.
• Please note: Aside from PTO, no other benefits are offered with this position at this time.
