ConstructAfrica is Hiring a Work From Home Sales Representative in South Africa | No Basic

ConstructAfrica is a leading provider of thought-leadership and market intelligence in the construction sector across Africa. We offer subscriptions to our news service, premium reports, project pipeline platform, and webinar series. As we continue to grow and expand our reach, we are looking to build a dedicated sales team to drive our revenue generation efforts.

Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and experienced Sales Representatives with a strong background in selling digital subscriptions and market intelligence products, particularly in the construction and infrastructure markets. This is a commission-only position, offering a unique opportunity to earn based on your performance and impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting: Identify and engage potential clients within the construction and infrastructure sectors.
• Sales: Present and sell ConstructAfrica’s subscription services and products to prospective clients.
• Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
• Reporting: Track sales activities and provide regular updates to the management team.
• Meeting Targets: Meeting set / agreed sales targets

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales development and client conversions, particularly in digital subscriptions or market intelligence products.
• Strong understanding of the construction and infrastructure markets in Africa.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Ability to speak French or Chinese is a plus.
