About the role

We are looking for a client service lead to head up our client service and integrated execution team, build trusted client relationships, and drive service excellence and strategic best practices. This role requires strong leadership, business growth focus, and profitability management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the client service and execution team
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients
• Deliver cutting-edge strategic best practices
• Drive business growth and profitability
• Ensure service excellence at all touchpoints

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Eight or more years’ experience in client service within an agency or related field
• Strategic thinker with sound financial acumen
• Business-savvy with a tenacious spirit for mentoring teams
• Ability to deliver service excellence while expanding client portfolios
