We’re looking for a Operations Coordinator to lead and coordinate special initiatives that bring people together and drive engagement. In this role, you’ll manage programs like “The Huddle” (a bi-weekly meet-and-greet), brainstorming sessions, and events across global and local chapters. You’ll also help launch new tools like a member community platform. This is a hands-on project management role where you’ll keep everything on track—from planning and scheduling to communication and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the planning and execution of key programs and events from start to finish.
  • Create project timelines, budgets, and briefs to guide execution.
  • Coordinate across teams and stakeholders to keep everyone aligned and informed.
  • Monitor progress, resolve issues, and adjust plans to meet deadlines and goals.
  • Develop and execute promotional strategies for events and initiatives.
  • Share updates and reports with stakeholders to keep them in the loop.
  • Ensure all projects meet quality standards and comply with internal guidelines.
  • Anticipate risks and roadblocks and take action to prevent delays.

Requirements:

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); bonus if you know Canva or WYSIWYG tools.
  • Able to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.
  • Occasional travel for in-person meetings may be required.
