As a 1st Line Call Center Agent, you will play a crucial role as the initial point of contact for our valued customers. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving basic issues, and ensuring accurate information dissemination. REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Grade 12 or Equivalent NQF Level 4.
- ± 1 Years experience in a Call centre or Customer Care environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Language(s)].
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant applications.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via telephone, email, and live chat.

- Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system.

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
