PICK N PAY Store Card

Pick N Pay has a store card that is linked with the Smart Shopper rewards program where you can purchase food on credit. With the Pick and Pay credit card, you can stock up on groceries, purchase from the pharmacy as well as purchase clothes. You do need to know that the Pick N Pay card works only at Pick N Pay. Through the Pick N Pay store card, you can get a credit limit which is from R1000 to R40000 and this depends on what you qualify for.

When do you pay back Pick n Pay for the grocery credit

According to Pick and Pay’s website, once you get the grocery food loan you have 55 days to pay it back with zero interest charged. To add on, you also have zero transaction fees.

How to Apply for the Pick N Store Card

Shoprite Store Card & Checkers Store Card

As you know by now, checkers and Shoprite is one store or company. Shoprite seems to be the main head office so a lot of services on offer is through them. Yes, you can get groceries on credit at Checkers and Shoprite in South Africa. You can purchase food, clothes and also medication on credit at Shoprite and Checkers. The store card will give you up to 55 days interest free. So as long as you settle the balance by day 55, you will enjoy zero interest on the loan. However, please note that if you cannot settle the bill in 55 days, shoprite also offers a generous repayment option. You can pay back the money in either 24 or 36 months.

• You must be 18 years or older
• You must be employed and provIde proof of income documentation
• You must earn a minimum of R2 000 per month
• You must have a valid RSA ID / Driver’s License
• You must have a valid bank account
