Bookkeeper Job Opportunity Available at 20 Elevation Construction & Landscaping in Pretoria – R10000 p/m

We are looking for a vibrant, hard-working and reliable office administrator with proven proficiency in clerical duties, and extensive experience in Payroll administration, filling tax returns, maintaining accurate records and office supplies.

Required Qualification:

  • Grade 12.
  • Relevant Certificate, Diploma and/or Degree will be advantageous

Required Knowledge:

  • General management of office functions and services
  • Data capturing and Record-keeping
  • Strong financial & accounting background
  • Knowledge of tax returns & laws

Required Experience:

  • Min 3-5 years of experience in office administration and payroll administration (without monitoring)
  • 2-5 years of experience in any admin or office management/support position, with a large volume of work
  • Debit and credit analysis, tax return/ e-filling, payment & issuing of invoices.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Perform a variety of administrative duties, such as, managing phone and email correspondence.
  • Operate office machinery, including photocopiers, scanners, and computers.
  • Manage inventory and order materials, supplies, and services as needed.
  • Manage payroll, collect invoices, issue invoices, and assist in making payments
  • Maintaining accurate records of all payment transactions through electronic copies, Spreadsheets and a database
  • Providing general administrative and other clerical support
