Responsibilities:

• Betting Operations: Lay bets for customers, receive cash, record bets electronically, and pay out winning tickets.
• Cash Management: Ensure accurate handling and safekeeping of cash in your drawer.
• Customer Service: Project a professional image, provide excellent service, assist with complaints and queries, and maintain good customer relationships.
• Equipment Maintenance: Assist with the proper functioning of equipment and report faults promptly to the manager.
• Compliance: Follow company policies on betting and adhere to professional standards.

Experience and Skills Required:

• Matric or equivalent (attach a copy of your certificate).
• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Knowledge of horse racing and sports betting (advantageous).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Efficient cash management skills.
• Professional demeanor.
