We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone, put in the reps, and grind through the hard work of building a sales pipeline. You’ll be on the front lines of our growth engine, turning cold leads into warm conversations and ensuring our Account Executives and co-founders have calendars filled with qualified meetings.

This is the ideal role for someone who is ambitious and obsessed with mastering the craft of outbound sales.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Outbound Prospecting: Research, identify, and call potential clients across different markets, focusing on decision-makers and enablers.
  • Cold Calling & Appointment Setting: Deliver Beeline’s value proposition, generate interest, and secure high-quality meetings for our Account Executives and co-founders.
  • Pipeline Building: Fill the sales team’s calendars with consistent opportunities, ensuring leads are properly qualified and show up for booked meetings.
  • Market Research & List Management: Keep lead lists clean, organised, and segmented, while prospecting into new markets and verticals.
  • Meeting Strategy: Contribute to strategies that improve show-up rates and maximise the impact of booked meetings.
  • Conversion Ownership: Take full responsibility for improving the conversion rate from leads to booked meetings, continuously refining outreach tactics to maximise the number of meetings generated from our pipeline.
  • Collaboration: Work directly alongside the Beeline sequencing and automation specialists to maximise appointments booked.
  • Learning & Mastery: Become obsessed with learning how to run world-class cold calls, what to say (and what not to say), and how to consistently generate results in outbound sales.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2 years+ of sales or outbound prospecting experience preferred (but not required if you bring the hunger, resilience, and drive to succeed).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Comfort with making a high volume of cold calls daily.
  • Organised, process-driven, and committed to consistent execution.
  • Bonus points for experience in SaaS, EdTech, HRTech, or B2B software environments.
  • CRM mastery.
  • Using tech to enhance your abilities and outputs.

Compensation & Growth:

  • Base salary + sales commission.
  • Commission on sales generated from your meetings booked (bonus earnings tied directly to performance).
