Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track fleet and project progress.
• Maintain accurate records and administrative documents.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and submit reports as required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in an administrative or tracking role (2+ years preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Experience in the construction or demolition industry is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
