The purpose of the position is to assist the site with the archiving of study documents for one (1) month.
Requirements
- Grade 12/ NQF level 4
- At least 6 months of work experience in similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Good communication – verbal & written skills (English and IsiXhosa)
- Excellent administrative and logistical skills
- Good Planning and organizing
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to maintain effectiveness during challenging conditions
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Advantageous:
- Experience in a Clinical Trials environment
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for organizing, and archiving participants binders
- Administration duties as assigned by Line managers
- Maintaining of confidentiality of the Emavundleni clinical research site
