Role Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on marketing coordinator. You’ll be responsible for coordinating and executing marketing campaigns, supporting partnerships and site launches, assisting with social media, and handling day-to-day marketing operations. You’ll work closely with the CEO, Marketing Manager and external agencies to keep momentum strong across all fronts.
Key Responsibilities
Campaigns & Activations
- Manage all artwork briefs and design, creation of signage and digital collateral, and installation logistics.
- Set up, manage, and report on promo codes: Create and configure promotional codes within the admyt platform for campaigns, track usage (redemptions, performance metrics & resolve redemption issues)
- Manage brand ambassador and promoter bookings including vendor communications, onboarding, merchandise, training, and briefing.
- Oversee full site launch marketing – including signage and campaign proposals, promo code setup, collateral deployment, promoter bookings, and communications with marketing teams.
- Coordinate Advance Ops campaigns, including training, merchandise, code setup and weekly reporting
- Work with our social media agency to ensure calendars and messaging align with marketing rollouts.
- Draft and send Mailchimp email campaigns (e.g. referrals, feature launches, site activations, reactivations).
Marketing Operations
- Oversee all collateral production and inventory including vendor logistics and communications (signage, flyers, merchandise).
- Manage and monitor marketing budgets and track spend alongside finance and CEO
- Process invoices and maintain up-to-date budget logs.
- Act as primary liaison with landlords, marketing teams, vendors, and promoters (CT & JHB).
- Maintain and update Dropbox asset libraries and marketing folders.
- Draft and schedule LinkedIn posts to support B2B marketing
- Coordinate event logistics (venue bookings, branded materials, activations).
Admin, Reporting & Adhoc
- Track and report on campaign performance, promo code usage, and engagement.
- Compile and present monthly marketing performance reports.
- Maintain clean marketing to-do list and operations across tools and systems
- Work alongside the operations team to ensure all damaged signage is identified and replaced promptly.
Required Experience & Skills
- 3+ years in a marketing coordination or campaign management role
- Proven ability to run end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital, in-store, and partner channels
- Strong design eye and experience using Canva (or similar) to create marketing collateral
- Proficient in Mailchimp, Asana, Slack, and social media scheduling tools
- Confident managing promo code mechanics and campaign tracking
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communicator with experience working across teams and with external vendors
