Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reception and general admin duties.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and filing systems
- Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in Purchasing and dealing with suppliers
