A well-established company in Edenvale is seeking for a mature, reliable, honest, and trustworthy individual to join our team as an Administration Receptionist.

Key Requirements:

  • * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • * Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • * Team player with a positive attitude
  • * Ability to assist and support management with administrative tasks
  • * Friendly, professional, and presentable at all times
  • * Must be punctual and dependable

Role Responsibilities:

  • * Welcoming clients and visitors
  • * Answering and directing calls and emails in a professional manner
  • * Booking in and coordinating repairs
  • * Prepare quotations and invoicing
  • * Handling basic office duties and supporting daily operations
  • * Fling, scheduling, and data entry
  • * Reception and client-facing responsibilities

Office hours:

  • Mon-Thu 8:00-17:00
  • Fridays 8:00-16:00
  • Weekends & Public holidays closed.
