Key Requirements:

- * Ability to assist and support management with administrative tasks

Role Responsibilities:
- * Welcoming clients and visitors
- * Answering and directing calls and emails in a professional manner
- * Booking in and coordinating repairs
- * Prepare quotations and invoicing
- * Handling basic office duties and supporting daily operations
- * Fling, scheduling, and data entry
- * Reception and client-facing responsibilities
Office hours:
- Mon-Thu 8:00-17:00
- Fridays 8:00-16:00
- Weekends & Public holidays closed.
Location: Edenvale�
