Admin Secretary required for Mechanical Workshop in Pretoria. Energetic personality, mature, well presented and good administrative focus. General Admin duties, to provide efficient and effective frontline service.
Minimum Qualifications
- Grade 12 with minimum three (3) years admin experience.
Duties
- Superior telephone etiquette
- Professional image
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
- Good people Skills
- Task focused and a Team player.
- Knowledge of general administration.
- Detail orientated
- Basic computer literacy and
- Pastel experience a must.
- Only suitable candidates will be called for interviews.
- Must have drivers licence and own transport.
- Must be available for interview and 1 week training in boksburg
