Anré Funeral Homes is looking for a dedicated and organised Admin Assistant to join our compassionate team. If you have a strong administrative background and a heart for service, we’d love to hear from you!
âś… Handle general office administration and correspondence
âś… Assist with funeral service arrangements and documentation
âś… Maintain records and manage filing systems
âś… Provide excellent customer service to clients and families
âś… Coordinate appointments and schedules
✔️ Previous administrative experience (funeral industry experience is a plus)
✔️ Strong communication skills
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
✔️ Ability to work with empathy and professionalism
✔️ Attention to detail and ability to multitask
