Key Functions of the Post:

  • · Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • · Payment capturing and perform bookkeeping,
  • · Distribution of statements to various entities,
  • · Answering telephones.
  • · Scheduling meetings.
  • · General reconciliations.
  • · Creating invoices.
  • · Ad-hoc reconciliations.
  • · RAD submissions and Royalty capturing.
