We’re hiring a highly organized, empathetic, and proactive Student Success Specialist to ensure families and students feel supported from their very first lesson. If you’re a strong communicator who enjoys helping people and thrives in a fully remote role, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Monitor lesson consistency and track new student progress
- Communicate with families to offer support, resolve concerns, and ensure satisfaction
- Review tutor lesson notes for quality and provide constructive feedback
- Identify opportunities to deepen engagement and increase student retention
- Use tools like Slack, HubSpot, and Monday.com to manage tasks and student success workflows
You’re a Great Fit If You
- Communicate fluently and professionally in English, both written and spoken
- Are warm, empathetic, and clear in email and phone communications
- Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with follow-through
- Are confident giving respectful, actionable feedback to team members (e.g., tutors)
- Work independently, take initiative, and enjoy a self-managed remote work environment
- Can be available for at least part of the Pacific Time Zone workday (flexible hours)
Preferred but Not Required
- Experience in education, customer support, or service-based businesses
- Familiarity with child- or family-centered work environments
- Exposure to Slack, Google Sheets, HubSpot, or Monday.com (training provided)
