We’re looking for an organized and proactive Junior Admin/Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team at the Menlyn branch. Your role will be essential in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the shop by supporting our sales team. You’ll handle a variety of administrative and support tasks to enable the sales staff to focus on their clients, grow sales, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephone calls promptly and professionally, directing queries where necessary.
  • Assist the sales team with invoicing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handle shop administration, including maintaining attendance registers and other documentation.
  • Support the sales team by managing tasks that free them to focus on clients, sales growth, and service excellence.
  • Provide ad-hoc support as needed to contribute to the overall operational success of the branch.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Self-motivated and eager to contribute to a team environment.
  • Knowledge of the 4×4 industry is advantageous.
